The 1460 model is the original Dr. Martens boot with 8 eyelets, recognizable yellow stitching and removable gel insole. Greasy is a softer leather with an oil finish, which makes it feel more waxy and less slippery.

Some technical details: the Airwair sole is oil and grease resistant and offers good slip resistance. They have a Goodyear sole welt, which means that the upper and sole are heat-sealed together and not glued. So they can take on the world!
