Pascal derived from the original 1460 boot with the 8 eyelets and removable gel insole. This model does not have a top stitched edge, which makes it softer to wear and easier to break in. Especially with the exceptionally soft and supple Virginia leather, you won't know what you will feel! The difference? Mono is completely black, down to the label, stitching and sole!

Some technical details: the Airwair sole is oil and grease resistant and offers good slip resistance. They have a Goodyear sole welt, which means that the upper and sole are heat-sealed together and not glued. So they can handle the world.

Whether you wear her under pants or under a 50's swing dress, you can wear this beauty with a surprising number of styles. Rightly so, Dr. Martens iconic!
